string society

I founded String Society in 2007 from a desire to offer a summer string program to talented students in the greater NYC area. Located on the beautiful campus of The Dwight-Englewood School, students come together for one week each summer to elevate their skills as musicians and form bonds with other students. My collaborators include co-director, Diego Garcia, and the wildly inspiring faculty including Ella Heifets, Salley Koo, Everhard Paredes, Ani Kalayjian, and Pedro Giraudo. It is a magical time that culminates in a concert that showcases all the work and passion we cultivate during the week.
